究竟臨瞓前應唔應該飲水呢?
有啲人話臨瞓前30-40分鐘飲杯水可以補充睡覺嗰陣流失左ge水份,
但有啲人就話臨瞓前2-3小時唔好食/飲野, 以免影響消化系統運作, 加重負擔
究竟邊樣先啱呢?

我每晚臨訓前都飲一小杯水,如果唔係好乾,由其是開冷氣訓,仲快乾,不過真係唔好飲太多,因為第日會眼腫腫 ~~
Both are right. Depending on your need. I need to drink a small glass of water as I turn air-condition on while I sleep.
Just do not drink too much.
