跟你有相的感覺。但是看來是一些廣告或動畫師的自薦還是他是客戶要你們依他提供的圖像製作動畫。

我希望用我(提供)的圖像來以動畫製作推出不同的「廣告」。

I am good and the animation that can be known is good for the power of people.

我的(意念)和動畫可以很好地表達給人知道提高人們(觀眾)的動力。

My image uses everything and is safe.

我提供的圖像足以用來製作，並且「安全」(放心用？)

這些都是估出來的意思，希望你跟他之前有往來的交易，已知道你們各自是負責甚麼工作的。
