The most valuable tip I can give you is: Do not waste your time. The periodic table of the elements is a reference table which is freely available in any labortaory and should be provided to you in any examination. There are much more important things to remember in chemistry than the periodic table.

dont use any "special method" to memorize it. It will only make the thing worse.
You have two choice
1. memorize it by your effort
2. dont memorize it and do more chemistry exercise. You will automatically memorized it after a period of time
