請問要有效預防中毒，正確的電腦日常使用步驟應該是怎樣？

Two parts Here:

A. Run firewalls in Windows and your router (if in use). Install a reputable anti virus program with automatic updates on the latest virus definitions. It should be running in background at all times. If it's powerfully designed, it should warn you against infected emails or programs or any material when you open/install them. It should automatically arrest the virus so your system never gets infected. Always scan alien material before opening or installing. Download AVG 9.5 free version. It's well designed and dependable.

B. Learn how to partition your hard drive and put your work (or other important files etc) into it. Some people even put their program files folder in a partition other than C:. Reason is virus always targets your C: drive. You can afford to reinstall Windows (C: drive) after a deadly infection but still keep your important files in another drive on your hard disk. Last of all, I'd still back up my files/work in a portable drive such as USB as an additional safely measure.

( For paid one, I recommend Norton ) (use only one)

5.Use a Firewall: Against Network Attacks and viruses connection back to the hacker (phoning home)

Windows Firewall XP Vista Win 7/ Zonealarm / PCTools (use only one)

These steps are equally important, you must use all of them to achieve good security.

Regular Backup is also a good way of surviving a virus infection.
