入唔到router setup page

I assume your wireless network is no problem and turned on "Automatic Obtain IP from DHCP server" options.



1. plug the Lan cable to router directly, and go to configure your wireless connection.

2. Reset all settings on wirell connection to factory default

3. See if there is any DHCP service on your router, just enable it and set DHCP clients for at least 2 computers.

Go back to the wireless lan setting page, and try to find a word
"ssid" and set it to "MyFamilySSID"
<--- hope you can find this seeting, if not, just skip this.

Try to use no encryption connection, or some lowest security wireless
lan connection setting. (These settings are insecure, but my purpose is
confirming the router accept all wireless connection, for fast and easy
troubleshoot now.)

6. Unplug the Lan cable from router

7. Open your windows "network connection" settings from "Control Panel"

8. Right click the "Wireless Lan Connection" icon, select "Disable"

Right click the "Wireless Lan Connection" icon,
select "Enable" <-- yes, enable it again,
useful for some cases, just do it.

10. Right click the "Wireless Lan Connection" icon again, choose "Properties".

11. Try to scan the Wireless Lan connection point by Windows

If you can see your Wireless Lan router's ssid
("MyHomeSSID" <-- if you can set it on step
4), just connect it. It should be OK.

13. To confirm you have
got your router's IP, using the Command Prompt (Start ->
RUN -> Type: CMD) then type "ipconfig /renew"
you should have the router's IP and your IP now.
