internet explorer 中毒，刪唔到

hello
我個internet explorer早排唔知上咗d大陸網
跟住冇啦啦就中咗d唔知乜嘢
而家一開IE 就會自動開個主頁http://www.28113.cn/
試過用shredder 想delete IE，但係唔ok
試過改主頁，但係每次開番都係http://www.28113.cn/
亦都試過用anti virus 嚟scan , 又唔得

請問有冇人識得點樣delete？

安裝時有亂碼，但只要按對，就能成功安裝。
軟件界面是簡體中文。
