1. Wii Fit, Wii Sports, simple stretching motions, take every chance of walking (e.g. walk to school)

2. Pros : being relax, know more from the news, convenient learning through some educative programs
Cons : more probable of being shortsighted, not willing to do other important things when addicted, may be misled when watching some inappropriate programs

3. camera (for taking photos), cash / credit cards (for buying souvenirs and paying other fees), suitable spare clothings (for changing when needed), a big luggage case with a lock (for storing all luggage with safety)
