lower tuition fees + living expenses: australia, new zealand, singapore
moderate tuition fees + living expenses: Canada, UK
high tuition fees + living expenses: USA, japan

USA: you have to attend one year highs school in USA then you can apply for community colleges
- but few community colleges also accept grade 11[form 5] students if they already meet the minimum requirement of enrolling community colleges, but according to your situation, it is a bit late, the school wont accept you. normally the deadline of enrollment date would be mid june until beginning of july. but since you didnt take TOEFL [you have to wait one month for the TOEFL result], unless you are willing to take ALCI program [its like english intensive courses] as the course does not require TOEFL result. normally the course duration would 9-12 weeks

UK: you have to attend two year in high school or one year foundation n then you can apply for universities

AUS: same as UK

for 金融, i would suggest either uk, canada or usa, they have to top business schools in these countries
