equivalent resistance of 5 Ohm and 10 Ohm in series
= 5 + 10
= 15

equivalent resistance of 5 Ohm and 10 Ohm in parallel
= (5 * 10) / (5 + 10)
= 50 / 15
= 10/3

power = V² / R

power ratio (series : parallel)
= V² / 15 : V² / (10/3)
= 10/3 : 15
= 10 : 45
= 2 : 9

heat = power * time
heat ratio = power ratio

You need to explain this better. A resistor ratio is two resistor values divided, so they don't have units of ohms. They are pure numbers like 1/2 or 3:1

and a ratio is a mathematical construct, and cannot be connected in series or parallel.

the ratio will be 1:1 because h=i(square)RT and P=I(square)R .. heat and power only depends upon current.
