都話明係義工﹐無人工的, 點會係 hiring﹖ Hiring 係聘請﹐有人工的。
簡單一句就可以了 - Are you looking for volunteers? Does your company looking for volunteers? - 錯文法。
Is your company looking for volunteers? - 才對
In supplement to 001, I think you should use 'does'.

To add an idea to 002, there're two verbs in your sentence. I don't think that you're correct.

As for 003's answers, I reckon your first two answers are grammatically correct. But not for the rest. There is no verb in your 3th answer.
E.g. Does XX look for volunteers?

I support 003, as his/her 1st answer is the most appropriate.
