我在英國租屋住
在我回國前一天,房東已經給回我deposit
當我回國後,她說發現房間有問題,要求我給錢賠償
我是否一定要給?
但當她給我deposit那天,她已經檢查了一次
我覺得在她給回deposit的時候,那合約已經完了

Two words, Screw him, you are over here,they were over there, they can atmost petition to civil court in the UK for the money, but the Britain Civil court have no power in HK, so as long as you are not going back to the UK, you can just not pay him.
However, when you check out of the rental properties,if they inspected throughly and satisified the conditionthe transcation is over, they cannot come back and say you have make amess or damage as it could be them who cause the damage for all i care. So even if they petitioned the Civil court, they should lost.
要以事實為根據,你可以要求對方,提供「賠錢」的理據。
