4x² - 8x = -24x² - 8x + 2 = 0
2x² - 4x + 1 = 0
Solving quadratic equation,
x = (-(-4) ± √(4² - 4 * 2 * 1)) / (2 * 2)
=(4 ± √(16 - 8)) / 4
=(4 ± √8) / 4
=1 ± ½√2
x = 1 + ½√2 or x = 1 - ½√2
