六月二日遞信, final day 係七月一日 (雖然你話左辭職, 但應該唔影響你享有法定假日的權利)
六月一日的話, final day將會係六月最後一日
其實法例無講得咁清楚

A contract of employment may be terminated by giving the requisite notice
or wages in lieu of notice. In the case of a continuous contract of employment,
the period of notice or the amount of wages in lieu of notice required depends
whether the employment contract stipulates the length of notice. If so, the
period (which must not be less than 7 days) stipulated should be followed.
Otherwise, not less than one month's notice must be given. The notice period
should not include maternity leave or annual leave.
During the probation period, no notice or wages in lieu of notice is
required by either party at any time during the first month of the probation.
After the first month of probation, the specified period of notice or wages in
lieu of notice (not less than 7 days' notice) as provided in the contract of
employment should be given. Otherwise, not less than 7 days' notice or an
amount not less than 7 days' wages should be given.
Payment in lieu of notice (section 7) may be made to terminate the
contract at any time without notice.
