How do i open my INS. file?

simply open your file in office 2007 than convert it into office 2003 by clicking on file and tahn save as and save a copy of ur document in word 97-2003 than u wil b ale to oen it in office 2003.....

An INS file is an installation configuration file and can simply be opened using Notepad for example.
