What happens when you microwave grapes?
Explain, please include details, i really want to know but I don't want to get in trouble for trying it for real

they will get hot...
They get hot, eventually enough for the water inside to start boiling. As soon as the steam builds up enough pressure, the skin will burst, and the grape will "explode".

Microwave will orient the water molecules in an object. The alternating microwave field will cause vibration of adjacent water molecules and the friction generates heat.
Since grape contains large amount of water, it will be heated up and expands. After some time the peel will burst and the grape will spill over the oven compartment.
