Not in to least. Copyright law is international, and even if you don't get a C&D have **** up is still illegal, and the have Naruto, Bleach, and One Piece, for example, which have been licensed for a long time now, they just blatantly ignore that because they lose tons of traffic if they dropped them. http://sigikki.com/ and http://tokyopop.com/ are your best bet for legal stuff, but don't hope for much.

Yes, it is a legal site. And they remove/do not allow access to mangas that are asked to remove by the owners or companies managing the mangas.

Yes. Mangafox.com and onemanga.com are both good manga sites to read. If a manga is copyrighted or w/e, they will take it down

When things get licensed they remove the manga from their site unless they have permission to keep it.

Yes mangafox does have viruses, but if you have NoScript or AdBlocker it is completely safe. I use NoScript, it's worth it, especially since mangafox has one of the largest collections of manga and a wide variety. :)

Because it is a non-profit site. They don't make money off the scans that are put up. It's completely free.

Mangafox is legal enough but too many viruses, onemanga, 1000manga and mangastream.com are all much better.
