an a.c series circuit has an inductive reactance of 4 ohms and a resistance of 3 ohms. the impedance of this circuit will be; (a) 5 ohms (b) 7 ohms (c) 12 ohms (d) 25....how on earth do i figure out the answer without the voltage or freq or current or anything? anyone pleaase help thanks!

z = 3 + 4 i| z | = [ 3 ² + 4 ² ]^(1/2)
| z | = 25^(1/2)
| z | = 5 Ω

its be 5 ohms impedance =square root (r^2+x^2)
