本人新手想買私人出讓物業

1. 細訂比業主後死無對証, 應該點? 最方便係咪去地產幫我攪文件?
2買私人物業有咩要注意?如隱瞞該物業不是凶宅等等。。。

1: either find a property agent to prepare an initial sales & purchase agreement, or carry out through the solicitor. They all are professional and has a professional duty to ensure the procedure is right.
2: for 凶宅, the landlord has no duty to reveal it. Hence, the best way to do it is ask a property agent to do all the paper works. A property agent has a professional duty to reveal whether it is a凶宅. However, please be reminded that you must ask the property agent of this issue. Don’t expect the property agent would tell you by himself. This professional duty only applies when you have asked him.

Of course, all of these above incur a cost to you. There is no free lunch.
