I'll be a Junior in High School and I'm curious to what kind of college backround do I need to fullfill this.

Thanks

Stockbroker, Financial Advisor, Certified Financial Planner... lots of other job titles.

Study business, finance, and / or accounting in college. You'll need some post-college training, too. Often, financial services companies will hire you in a junior role right out of college, and set you up with the additional training you'll need.

Good luck.

most likely a business degree and then you need to get a securities license and then become a stockbroker - expect to spend lots of time calling strangers on the phone trying to get them to invest using you as their broker - expect lots of rejection

To make equity investment using OPM (other people's money), you need to find people who are willing to give you their money.

If you have interest in investment market, you can use your own money first. If you are successful, it would be easier to attract OPM into your investment fund.

That is called a stockbroker. You can go to college and major in Finance. After that you will get a job and you may need to pass a state exam to become licensed.
