The Inland Revenue Department will send you the Tax Return - Individuals for Year of Assessment 2009/10 later on. As you are a new employee, usually this will take time to send you the Tax Return. Now, you do not need to do anything, just wait the Tax Return from the IRD. Sometimes, the IRD will not send you the Tax Return because your income is under the standard deduction of HK$108,000. If you are not sure or worry about this, you can call the hot line - 1878022 of the IRD to ask whether the Tax Return mail to you or not.

你所講嘅公司報稅副本應該係Form 56B，即係僱主替僱員申報收入。如果你有收入就應該主動向稅務局申報，而你可以上稅務局網頁：www.ird.gov.hk 去講述自己情況，留低姓名、地址、身分證號碼等要求提供個人報稅表。
