如果想用英文表達「這個地方有............」

There are a number of air conditioners installed in the hall to condition the temperature.

這裏我故意重複用字源"condition", 這是因為發問者似乎克意強調“有冷氣機”。另外，我回應問題克意使用"There are". 一般情況下我只會說：

The hall is air conditioned.

另外，“there is” 都有人用。但以我經驗 native speakers多用there are a number of。我不是native,但多年生活左澳洲, 我也解釋不到，只知應該用'there are'。

我敢說日常英語正常情況下不會加上“使人涼快”這個部份。

就算真的有必要，都不可能是"make us cool" "make us cooler"。至低限度用"keep", (真的已經十分免強）。

The hall is equipped with quite a number of air-conditioners which will make people feel cool.

最普遍係用There is / are......

There are many air conditioners at our hall, making us cool.

If we can have one more air conditioner in the hall, it will make us much more cooler and
comfortable.

There aren't enough air cons in the hall. If the school add one more the hall would be much cooler.

In the school hall, there are many air-conditioners, they are really cool and they can make you feel nice and cool
