There is generalised mild file granularity of hepatic echogenicity with preserved
architecture.(甚麼意思)
The portal vein is 12mm in calibre, at upper normal limit. (是否嚴重呢?)
A 1 cm long hyperechoic nodule is noted in the lower part of the right lobe
likely due to haemangioma.
No other focal solid or cystic mass lesion.
The biliary ducts are not dilated.
The common bile duct is normal.
The gallbladder appears normal with no evidence of calculus .
No splenomegaly.
comment:
Forcal hepatic nodule, likely haemangioma,There has been no significant change in
comparison with previous scan. Features of the hepatic echogencitiy are compatible
with chronic hepatitis or mild cirrhosis.

Sorry ar~ i cannot type chinese but i will make it easier to understand!!

There is generalised mild file granularity of hepatic echogenicity with
preserved architecture.(甚麼意思) - Your liver is generally normal but some part are mildly separated from each other.

The portal vein is 12mm in calibre,
at upper normal limit. (是否嚴重呢?) - Normal but at upper normal limit, so it is close to abnormal

A 1 cm long hyperechoic nodule is
noted in the lower part of the right lobe
likely due to haemangioma. - There is an 1 cm long tumour at the right part of your liver - it is likely to be "haemangioma" which is a 良性 tumour, you dont need to worry about it

No
other focal solid or cystic mass lesion. - Normal, there is no other abnormal part

The biliary ducts are not
dilated. - Normal

The common bile duct is normal.

The gallbladder appears
normal with no evidence of calculus - No stone in the gall bladder

No splenomegaly. - Your spleen is not enlarged - normal

comment:
Focal
hepatic nodule, likely haemangioma,There has been no significant change
in comparison with previous scan. Features of the hepatic
echogencitiy are compatible with chronic hepatitis or mild cirrhosis.

There are 2 problems - Haemangioma: it did not grow big and it is unlikely to cause problem
Chronic hepatitis and cirrhosis: a little bit 肝硬化 and chronic 肝炎

"mild file granularity of hepatic echogenicity" may be indicating 肝硬化
