a hiker is 6 miles from a tower and 8 miles from the lodge. she estimates that the angle between her path to the tower and her path to the lodge is 42 degrees. find the distance from the tower to the lodge to the nearest tenth of a mile?

well, this is basically a triangle.One side is 6, the other side is 8, the angle between these two sides is 42 degrees. Now, it's asking you to find the third side. Good luck :)
