唔知有冇詞不達意呢?有冇文法錯誤?

Did any of our colleagues report junior staff's workload in HK Centre to you yesterday?
I would like to share my views on the working condition with you.
It is very streeful for staff either senior or junior working in HK Center these days. As far as I know, junior staff have been working long hours under various pressures including incoming calls, non-stop complaints about patients' appiontments, a lot of appointments for telephone booking, and on-the-phone or in-person explanation about the temporary closure of HK Centre.

On weekdays, only one junior staff is on duty there. Therefore, it is impossible for her/him to manage the two hotlines ringing simultaneously and to offer counter service indendently . If no improvement is made, our mission "Quality Out-Patient Service" would fail .

However, the working pressure on weekends is less than that of on weekdays as there are two junior staff on duty .

Would you please discus the manpower arrangement for HK Centre with Mr.XXX/Miss XXX and Mr.YYY/Miss YYY .

真對不起要講比你知你自己講的全中：詞不達意，文法全錯，句式全無章法，意思混亂。不如直接用口跟你上司講吧，我諗會有效過寫。請恕我講無法改寫，回答你給你重寫的也不見得好多少。

如果真寫，不如簡單化：

Dear Mr. Boss,

We have too many calls and patient care with understaff. We need more manpower during the weekdays.

Please check with XXX and YYY for appropriate review and allocation of resources.

I'm writing to you because I felt it's real stressful for both senior and junior staffs to work in HK center these days. The numerous incoming telephone calls, the non-stop patients complaint (about unable to make appointment successfully) and the continous explanation to patients (both thro' telephone and in person) the temporary closure of HK center, has made all staffs work under pressure.

On weekday, HK center has only one junior staff and it is rather impossible for her to receive two telephone hotlines (that are usually ringing) at the same time. Complete counter work independence? is lacking and to provide quality OD services to patients is comprised.

However, the working environment is much better on weekend because we've 2 junior staffs on duty. (you may want to write more e.g : one could spare a little time for bathroom break while the other attend to the needs of patients)

Could the management please consider employing more manpower to ease the workload of staffs?
