If I fell in love with a celebrity?

If I write a book and it has a girl character fall in love with my character and then it gets made into a movie, and the girl actress plays the character, would it increase my chances of telling them that I like them or that I may want a relationship with the person depending on how much screen time my character and their character get in the show? I mean, if I gave the girl who was playing the part of the character an hour screen time with my character, would that say something to the actress like for instance, This person likes you or something like that? I mean, would I have a much better chance of getting that actress to fall for me if she wasn't married based on how much screen time alone we get or what would have to happen?
