i want to know why worker support to set up minimum wage law?
just for worker .

The intention of the legislation for minimum wages is to protect employees who are in a significantly weaker position. Most of these employees in such a significantly weaker position are usually workers, who have less competition power or are less educated. In fact, the legislation in this area does not aim to protect all workers, but aims to protect the most deprived employers only, who are normally workers with extremely low negotiation power.

1.資訊不完整
對最低工資造成的影響不完全知道,如失業問題、就業不足問題

2.自利觀點
如果知道,但可能會博取,因為如果單一失業,可以向政椨要求,還有社會資源的整體運用,自己的資源實際上是上升了,當然整體勞工資源理論上應下跌,有經濟學原理支持,但人類的行為自利性的,個體資源上升,可以被接受。

3.集團力量
價值行為會受集團力量影響,被保謢的不一定是政府的法例,而是一個組織力量,當力量形成,人們會跟隨這些力量,這力量是一個帶動關係,如 23條,我曾經探究23條的示威人數,發現可能識23條的人數很少,大部份人是不滿經濟,所以可能是一個口號或煸動導致。

1) workers think that they are protected by law
2) workers receiving salaries slightly below minimum wages will think that their salaries will be increased

the minimum wage can serure worker basic needs comsume. which it helps them can survival with their wage.
