但是 cpu-z 顯示出 降頻266.7mhz...
怎樣才可以 用到 400mhz

The frequency 266Mhz showing on CPU-Z should be x2 means that your ram is running at 667Mhz right now !!!
Cause your cpu running at clock 200Mhz (FSB800), and the ram controller limited by your old motherboard chipset 915.You could verify that on the FSB:DRAM, it is showing 3:4 (200:266),
