樓息應該點計?

唔要網上計算機,我要人手計
如樓價2m, 借銀行9成 20年還 定息5%
每月還本幾多,息幾多
如11年後息7%又點計
謝謝請教

就咁計,必定難計到飞起,因為每月還款當中,本金及利息每月刀不同!只可計每月供款幾多咋!

在初期,還很多利息,利息的數目逐月減少!

Repayment of Principle at period X = Regular Payment - Interest Payment at period X
