1. D2A係董事有變動至填。公司法規定每一個公司都要有起碼一個董事及一個股東，而你要先參考公司組織章程。2. 董事辭任要填D4表格。
3. Minutes 即係會議記錄，好多秘書都有自己個版本。
4. 有人走會唔會有人加入？如果係就要填D3表格。
5. 如果在轉股日並未開始營業就做一份聲明好喇！唔識就做一份損益表同資產負債表─公司一定有成立費用，所以一定有損益！

you can empoly some outsoursing accountant to help you to do auditing.
usual audit will do it every end of the month which it will have you to do the finial for the finance year.
yes, if someone is going to 離職. he/she have to given 離職 application from a two to four before he/she 離職.
shareholder wish to leave the auditor will counting the share he have hold. also he will organiza the share value.
