You can goto regional option to change the default language to "english" language but thats just change a part of it.If you want to change the whole interface you need to get the full version of English operating system.

除非你的windows XP原生時是英文，然後安裝language pack轉成中文，現時只要缷載LANGUAGE PACK就可以變回英文。
如果本身原生是中文，無法變成英文。只能剷去重新裝一次。
