I am translating this company's name to English for my Chinese boss.

Shanghai international Journalism school for Children Co., Ltd

And here is my translation, do you think it sounds ok?
And it is fine to have at the end "Co.Ltd." for a school?
Thanks, this is very urgent and important to me, cos my Boss is going to use this name
to register for a new branch in Singapore.

If you can help, or just your opinion, that would be very helpful. thanks!

Penguin is right, no Co. Ltd. for a school.

I would capitalise every word in the name of your school.

Furthermore, a journalism school for children: children are roughly kids up to the age of 12, so that sounds odd. Why not leave 'for children' out of the name so it will be:

Shanghai International Journalism School

or

Shanghai International School for Journalism (I prefer this one)

or

Shanghai School for International Journalism (depending on what you want to be International).

Well it might help if you told us the original you have translated from. How can we know if the translation is correct if you don't tell us?

Duh!

Shanghai Intern. Journalism School for Children

Only if it is a company should you put Co., Ltd.
Not for a school.
