Again you should put this question in Biology ! Most ameoba can be killed on or above 42 degree C . Chlorine is not very effective in killin g spores of ameoba but you need higher than 5,25% of sodium hypochlorite to kill the spores . IPA(70%)alcohol , glutaraldehye , H2O2 , Ozone ,.....etc . can kill ameoba .
