You need to see how deep the mould on your sealer . If you wet the bleach on the sealer , after a while all the black color is moved , then the mould just start to grow on the surface only . You can wipe dry the edge every nite after the last person using the bathroom . Periodically you apply dilute bleach to kill any mould bacteria residing on the sealer . However if after the application of bleach , the edge of your window still looks dirty , then the mould grow deeply penetrating into the sealer . You cannot clean thorughly as the mould in in you sealer . The applying bleach is only where it can touch . What you can do is to peel away the old sealer , reapply a new one . Then you can maintain your new sealer in a clean condition by using the above ways to prevent mould grow deeply into your sealer .
