how to clean range hood

I had cleaned up fan blades and dishes of range hood. However when I fry fish , my kitchen full of oil and smoke , it seems reverse

When you are frying the fish, you need to turn on the fan also. Avoid frying when cooking. You can steam you food instead.That is my own suggestion.
