糖結晶會否溶??
如題 我整左個糖結晶
會唔會溶呢?或有咩方法可以令佢冇咁快溶???

是會的,
但如果結晶原整,
其振面積很細,
溶解速度很慢。
要加快溶解速度,
先將晶體壓碎,
使表面積大大增加,
放入熱水,
不時攪拌。

Granular sugar is hygroscopic just like table salt will absorb moisture from air . When crystal sugar is exposed in air , it will absorb moisture so instead in powder form , lumps of sugar will be formed . Sugar is a good food persevative because it can draw water even from through the cells of plants & animals ! The most important thing to keep sugar crystal is to seal it in an air tighted container , away from any moisture .
you need to put it in a dry environment, solid sugar in humid weather will act like dehydrating agent, the humidity in air will condense and melt you crystal structure. Protect it like you are protecting your camera, and i think it will be ok!
