加拿大結婚居留

我是香港永久居民，但男朋友是加拿大永久居民，我打算以旅遊身份到加拿大與他結婚，但我以旅遊身份可以逗留多久呢？

90 days for visa waiver,180 days for tourist Visa.

我們結婚之後，男朋友就會立即幫我申請居留，但需要甚麼資格才可以申請呢？

He need to have a job in Canada or have substancial Sumof amount in his bank account to sponsor you. Before then, he cannot apply anything for you

Either he need to show he is earning upward 25,000 CAD a year or have about 60,000 CAD at bank.

我可以在申請間逗留在加拿大嗎？

The figure is from a lawyer when i was applying a family visa to my parent. In 2008.

about 12,000 income a year per person to live in Canada per year, ou will need about 25,000 a year to support you and your wife.

The 12,000 CAD figure is quote from when you are applying for a student visa, you need to show that you have 12,000 CAD in your bank to sustain a year living in Canada

From that you can build your income and saving requirment
