I would go with Shanghai Youth Centre for Painting and Calligraphy Training.

Someone else mentioned long names that tend to lose their meaning a bit in English. They're spot on, which is why things like the National Aeronautics and Space Administration is known around the world as NASA. Wording it this way doesn't make it shorter, just gives it a bit more flow.

1. the company names in communist and former communist countries always sound ridiculous in english, mostly because they are much too long and detailed. so no matter what, it is not possible to make them sound really good.

2. to make it tolerable though change 'of' to 'for'

Sounds good.

Consider "school" in place of "Training Centre"

If you are in America and keep it the same, spell it "Center."
