物理、化學、生物、科技與生活、組合科學 are okay for u ^^

first, i think you should choose what you like because it's much easy to get a better result than subjects you don't like.

before really answering your questions, how many subjects can you choose? my school can choose 3 ext. only.

if you want to be a doctor, i think chem and bio is must because it's really useful. if you stude bio and chem, combine science is not ness. also, some subjects like 中國文學、英語文學、中國歷史、經濟、地理、歷史、企業、會計與財務概論、資訊及通訊科技、音樂、視覺藝術 isn't quite useful, so you can just choose one you like.

if you want to study law, you must good at english so 英語文學 is quite useful. also, i think a bit of hist is also useful too.

Actually, if you can choose many subjects, why don't you choose more and if one day you found that you don't want to study which subject, you can give up.

At last, i still think the most important thing is to choose subjects you like, more that subject that are useful. if you can get good result, you can earn money even you are a desiner or other things. I hope my advice can help you.
