LLB program year 2的科目内容

我現正就讀大學法律系，即將升year 2
因為year 1成績不算太好，所以希望可以暑假事先預備以下year 2的科目

我year 2會讀Criminal Law、Company Law同Admin Law
請各位前輩可以解釋一下這三科大概係讀咩嘅呢？同埋邊Dtopics會比較難需要特別注意同用功？
三科之中邊科算最難？

I think the most difficult subject is Admin Law as many areas are still under development. You will find many difficult legal questions in your study whose answer is uncertain (even professor does not have the answer). Judicial review and its remedies will be taught.

For criminal law, some basic concepts such as elements of offences, burden of proof, roles of different parties in criminal proceedings will be covered. I think this is the most interesting subject.

For company law, you will be taught about some basic concepts of company like the meaning, classification of company, dissolution of company, breach of fiduciary duty, protection of minority sharehodlers, etc. This is useful as you will encounter many company-related legal problems if you later choose to be a solicitor or a barrister specializing in commercial law.
