絕對無問題，但先決條件是你個硬碟可正常運作。
首先把硬碟拆出來，然後使用sata/ide to usb cable(可到電腦商場購買，只是數十元) 連接硬碟，再插入另一部電腦，那你便可把任何資料取出來。

Depends on how bad your situation!
If just motherboard or ram failure you might able to get back all your data on the Hardisk just take out the HD and put into a external HD Box act as a external HD.
