問題一:為什麼當離心機運作時,試管會進行圓周運動,它會由原先的垂直位置變成了水平位置?
問題二:為什麼密度較低的物質會移近試管口,相反;密度高的物質便會移近試管低部?我認為試管中不同的位置都存在不同的向心力,根據F=mv*2/r,越近試管口的物質會承受較小的向心力;相反,越遠試管口的物質會承受較大的向心力。因此,原先位於試管低部而密度較低的物質因質量低的關係,根據F=mv*2/r,便只要較小的向心力,便會移近試管口,反之亦然。這樣的推論正確嗎?正確的解釋是怎樣呢?

1.Let x be the angle with the horizontal,
Tsinx=mg....(1)
Tcosx=mrw^2...(2)
(1)/(2):tanx=g/rw^2
=>when w increase,x decrease=>the tube will tend to go to horizontal position when w is large.

Actually, v is not the same but w.Angular velocity are the same!Also,m=density*volume,density is higher but volume can be lower,hence your explaination is not true enough.
In fact, you can image that it is a artificial gravity case.You should think why higher density object will sink under lower density object.(e.g.A stone sink under the water.)The reason is pressure difference.
When the tube rotates, a pressure gradient exists along the tube. The pressure difference provides the centripetal force.The pressure difference must increase with the distance from the axis of rotation.
Therefore, the pressure gradient produces a radial acceleration on the lighter suspension particles to move towards the open end of the tube.
The heavier particle will move outwards since the pressure difference cannot provide the large centripetal force.
