如果我係一個Auditor,
有一個客截數日期係3月31日,
佢需要幾時俾Management Representation Letter 我呢
咁我既Audit Report 又應該幾時交呢??

我上網睇過ｄ大公司既Annual Report, 佢地既Audit Report 通常都係6月中簽發既, 咁其實Audit Report 係咪要嚮年結三個月內搞掂既呢??

Mangament Representation Letter 係管理層﹝即係董事局﹞向執行審計之會計師聲明對於所有按照法例及會計漳準則應該披露之資料已經披露予會計師，而賬目內有關準備金或資產值之核算亦適當。因此該日期應該在出審計報告同日簽。如果簽早於審計報告日期，咁中間段時間會計師就要自己承擔風險。如果遲過審計報告日期，咁董事局需要承擔之後風險，所以一般情況都會係同一日。

Audit Report 係咪要嚮年結三個月內搞掂既呢 For a private limited company, not necessary. You have to check with your auditor. The time limit for profits tax filing is 15 November for March A/C. Of course, you can negotiated with your auditor if you require the accounts within a time limit.
