申請加拿大護照的問題

guarantor 一定要是公民,也須已經辦了護照,才能當你的保證人, guarantor 可以是你的家人

References---不一定要是公民,但是不可以是你的家人或親戚, 你可以找朋友,同學,同事....只要他們認識你兩年以上

記得,保證人簽名的日期不能早於你,但是可以同一天,有一欄是給保證人填的,填他的基本資料和護照號碼
大概會問你的guarantor or references 你叫什麼名子(正式的名字,要跟申請護照上的一樣),長相,工作,不一定會問啦!我之前也很擔心會打電話來問, 結果根本沒 打來問)
他們是問你的 guarantor / references 關於你的事情,不是打來問你關於你的guarantor / references
我的保證人是我老公,references 是朋友

Documents to support identity---就填駕照,care card都可以

大概兩星期拿到護照,我多繳30元辦急件,還是要兩個星期左右,好像被A了

關於Free of Charge--
不是要你提供保證人的照片,是你要先去照相行拍申請護照用的相片
照相行會在你的相片背面蓋上日期和
I certify this to be a true likeness of xxx
叫你的保證人填上你的名字,然後簽上他的名字在下面

你申請護照時都帶 原始的證件(駕照,care card,...)就不需要保證人再證件後簽名
我是本人去送件的,所以就帶所需要的原始證件去

拿到公民卡後, 楓葉卡同時被收回,這時是無法使用楓葉卡的....

Guarantor
Retired guarantors are not eligible unless the guarantor's name still appears on the listing provided to Passport Canada by the relevant association.
The guarantor must sign the application and be able to confirm your identity. In the case of a child, the guarantor must have known the applicant (parent or legal guardian) personally for at least six months and have knowledge of the child.
Duties of a guarantor
Your guarantor must perform the following tasks free of charge:

Certify the information on the application form by completing and signing the "Declaration of Guarantor" section. Write, "I certify this to be a true likeness of (either your name or your child's name)" on the back of one of the passport photos and sign.If applicable, sign and date a copy of the documents to support your identity.Eligible guarantors
Your guarantor must:
