Foundation, Transfer University?

I am an internation student,
I would like to ask about transfering university after finish foundation course
I am now studying in Wollongong College Australia for commerce.
If i want to transfer to The University of Sydney or Australian National University,
what GPA/Marks should i get in my foundation programme?
