Terminology for the people that check whether shipped stock are correct?

I'm trying to find the terminology for those people that check that stocked shipped from overseas have been shipped successfully

you just need to track the delivery number from the package or find out that number from who ever sent it and it should state whether or not it has arrived at the customs depot - awaiting dispatch after checks to the designated address..
