After one draw, to pick up the green chip the 2nd time, there are 8 green chips out of the remaining 24 chips.And similarly, for the last chip, the person should pick up 7 green chips out of 23 chips.
So, the required probability
= P(3 green chips without replacement)
= (9/25) X (8/24) X (7/23)
= 21 / 575
