因為你唔同佢咩而嬲咗你? 比著係我憎佢都憎唔切, 莫講話忘記唔到佢! 鐘意過還鐘意過, 佢咁樣你做咩要委屈自己? 無論你曾經 -- 甚至依家 -- 幾咁愛佢, 都係時候放手, 感情係難控制, 所以你先會上網問下其他人嘅意見. 其實要從一段感情中recover, 真係要靠自己, 你可以用忙碌嚟麻醉自己, 但忙完之後感覺依然存在. 有信得過嘅傾訴對象幾有幫助, 你有人關心, 仲需要一個咁嘅男朋友做咩? 最好揾到一d寄託, 例如另一個男朋友 (唔好心急, 亦都唔好為咗忘記之前果段感情而將痛苦轉移到另一個男仔身上), 或許做d自己做得好/鐘意做嘅野... 仲有, 唔好去d令你揾起佢嘅地方 (e.g. 以前你地拍拖果陣去過果d地方), 唔好接觸果d令係揾起佢嘅野, 最好throw all of them away (e.g. 佢以前送比你嘅野)...

可能搵左第2個?? 都你可能姐, 你証實到ma? 如果係誤會咁你會咁心?
係唔係你而家唔鍾意佢呀? 冇愛既感覺?
如果你太刻意好忘記一個人係根本做唔到, 你可以做既就係識多d朋友, 盡快投入一段新戀情, 咁你就可以忘記到佢, 一都可以步一試下做運動同去飲野

#1, go someplace far away from him for some times.------- no eye see is best medicine.
#2, find a next BF, better than him..--- it is very happy to see him get jealous.
#3, give yourself a make over, make you look better than the girl friend he dating now, and tell him : get loss! if he try to come back to you...---- it is fun.
#4, start tell everybody how bad he is, talking too much about that, you will hate him and forgive about him.----- you got released.

為一方法就係搵個好過佢既. 搵倒個好過佢既, 自然就會忘記以前嗰隻嘢. 真係咁簡單. 只不過可唔可以咁短時間搵倒???
