基本上一次過吸8下都唔得就要睇醫生
係唔得既再吸幾多都冇用

ventolin只係可以用黎應急
類固醇本來就係用黎預防發作
有醫生監察之下使用吸入類固醇係相對安全既
同口服類固醇既副作用比較係細好多

依d發作吸極唔好既多數有其他問題引起
比如係發炎個d
就算吸幾多ventolin都幫唔到
一定要搵個原因出黎搞掂先得

另外類固醇係唔可以完全代替應急用既VENTOLIN
更加唔可以用類固醇黎當VENTOLIN咁用

ventolin會引起既唔係心跳變快咁簡單係心律失常
就係因為佢short acting所以先會越噴越多一日係咁噴
發作噴左咁多下都唔好既就唔係ventolin解決到既問題

Ventolin係 Vasodilutor，可以有效地放大血管or 氣管, 係比哮喘病人用既，用inhaler既好處，係D藥可以係局部既地方發生作用，就可以避開放大血管的side effect. 正確地使用inhaler，藥物會高效地在局部發生作用，小孩子因為唔識用inhaler，所以要食ventolin隻藥，我小時候就食過呢隻藥，當隻藥進入系統，全身既血管會擴張，blood pressure會下跌, 面紅，個心為左要繼續泵多D血出黎，所以會泵得大力D及快D，你吸左廿下ventolin，個心跳係自然現象，你應該嘗試一下你是否已經懂得怎樣用inhaler。
對哮喘第一線既藥物係ventolin，如果ventolin攪唔掂的話，就要用類固純，新一代既藥（謝霆風賣廣告個隻），係應該用黎替代左ventolin，但如果你唔識用inhaler既話，乜野藥都冇用。
不過話說回來, 用藥是冶標的方法,真正冶本要去找到你的過敏源和avoid it!

最近睇好多文獻，係關於過敏反應中幹細胞的角式，文獻中為未來治療過敏反應提出新方向，或許在不久的將來，哮喘可以好容易醫好，這對你和我來說應該是好消息吧！

when BP drop, heart rate drop, heart maintain CO by increase HR and SV...
