I just wanna remind you that , if you only study at Englishtown, your english skill may not be able to handle the academic courses in Hong Kong.
Actually, 毅進 is just for those who haven't got F.5 public examinations. So, I think it is probably too simple for you. I suggest you can go to some good English school, such as British Council to study English , they will teach you English like a school, please do not only attend such online lessons without any guarantee in quality.
After that, you can try to apply for local university, usually you can study master degree if you can get IELTS=6.5(for non-business courses and non-language courses) orIELTS=7(For business courses, sociology courses, language courses). But please make sure that your result of degree in Mainland should be above intermediate. If you haven't got enough confidence to study master degree, you can just apply for degree programme first after you consolidate your English skills. (The degree level IELTS requirement is 6.5 usually.)

IVE don't accept certificates which are not issued by IVE.My HD certificate got all A, but they still don't consider me. But I do not know if it is the case for Mainland student, you can phone to them to ask first.
參考: I have been studying in Englishtown more than 1 year, and I am a HD student.
