最簡單應該寫 "Biscuits made in U.S.A.", 其他太累贅.

"The biscuits are made in U.S.A."
Correct

Equally correct:
The biscuit was made in the U.S.A.
The biscuits were made in the U.S.A.
The biscuits are USA made.
The biscuits were homemade.

“Make in USA” is definitely wrong

1. 呢句要用past tense
2. 好少會用make黎形容整biscuit 應該用manufacture

所以成句應該係: The biscuits were manufactured in USA.

同埋USA前面要the
成句係: The biscuits were manufactured in the USA.

*Yat shing's answer is incorrect, because here's passive voice, 'are' follwed by a past perfect tense, i.e. made, the original sentence is right

it should be

The biscuits are made in the U.S.A. (THE United States of America)
參考: me
